Privacy Policy
This policy explains how TraderiseFX handles information used to provide account access, trading-platform functionality, security, support and compliance workflows.
Information we process
Depending on the services you use, this may include your name, email address, profile information, authentication identifiers, account activity, demo and real-wallet records, trading activity, support messages, device/security logs, and identity-verification documents you choose or are required to submit.
Google sign-in
If you choose Continue with Google, TraderiseFX requests only the OpenID, email and basic profile scopes needed to authenticate your account. We do not receive your Google password. A verified Google email may be used to create or securely link your TraderiseFX account.
How information is used
- Authenticate users and protect accounts.
- Operate dashboards, trading workflows, wallets and transaction records.
- Process KYC, deposits, withdrawals and support requests where enabled.
- Detect abuse, maintain audit logs and protect platform infrastructure.
- Send account or security emails when email delivery is configured.
Service providers
TraderiseFX may use infrastructure, authentication, market-data, email, storage, payment or broker providers configured by the platform administrator. Information is shared only as necessary to provide the requested functionality and subject to the applicable provider terms.
Storage and security
Production secrets are protected separately from public website code. Sensitive integration credentials are encrypted at rest. KYC storage can be configured to use private Google Cloud Storage. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so access controls and provider credentials should be reviewed regularly.
Retention and account requests
Records may be retained where needed for security, operational, contractual, legal or compliance purposes. Account-specific privacy requests should be sent through the authenticated Support Center or the support contact shown on the platform.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the platform, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
